Creative Artworker (Approx. 2-3 years experience)
We’re now looking for a Creative Artworker to join our team, with a special focus on production-ready artwork and in-house marketing support. This is a permanent position for someone with 2–3 years of professional experience working within a creative or production studio.

We’re now looking for a Creative Artworker to join our team, with a special focus on production-ready artwork and in-house marketing support. This is a permanent position for someone with 2–3 years of professional experience working within a creative or production studio.
Role Summary
In this role, you’ll ensure design work is accurately prepared for print and digital output, maintain brand consistency across materials, and support the marketing team with visual content, presentation decks, and internal communications.
You will report to the Creative Directors and Lead Artworker, while collaborating closely with our Marketing and New Business teams to ensure all outputs are visually consistent, production-ready, and on-brand.
As a Creative Artworker at D4R, you will:
- Play a key role in the accurate and consistent production of artwork for both client and internal projects.
- Prepare, check, and finalise artwork for print production, creating cutter guides, print specifications, and supplier requirements.
- Support the Marketing and New Business teams by producing digital assets, internal presentations, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines, are technically correct, and maintain D4R’s high design standards.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and technically skilled artworker who takes pride in precision, accuracy, and brand consistency. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively within a creative agency environment and have a good understanding of both print and digital production processes
Key Responsibilities
Artwork & Production
- Take creative concepts and prepare final artwork files for print and digital delivery.
- Create and adapt cutter guides, and print specifications.
- Ensure all artwork adheres to technical requirements (bleeds, colour profiles, image resolution, etc.).
- Work closely with suppliers and the production team to guarantee output accuracy and print quality.
- Retouch, resize, and optimise imagery and graphics for various formats.
- Organise and maintain artwork files, ensuring clear version control and efficient workflows.
Internal Marketing & Brand Presence
- Support the Marketing and New Business teams in creating marketing materials, case studies, proposals, and pitch decks.
- Produce visuals and layouts for D4R’s website, social channels, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity and visual language across all internal and external communications.
Presentation & Visual Communication
- Build and refine presentation decks using PowerPoint or InDesign, ensuring visual impact and clarity.
- Develop templates and visual systems that elevate how D4R presents itself to clients and internally.
- Work collaboratively to ensure visual content supports marketing strategy and storytelling.
Digital Artwork & Content Support

- Adapt and optimise artwork for digital applications, including web and social media.
- Prepare imagery and graphics for online use, ensuring correct sizing, format, and colour profiles.
- Contribute visual ideas for marketing campaigns and digital storytelling initiatives.
Proofing & Quality Control
- Check all artwork for accuracy, consistency, and alignment to brand guidelines.
- Conduct pre-press checks and proofing to eliminate errors before release.
- Uphold high standards of precision and professionalism in all deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
- 2–3 years’ experience as an Artworker, Finished Artist, or similar production-focused role in a design or marketing / brand agency.
- Strong technical understanding of print production, including colour management, file setup, and output processes.
- Excellent Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop essential).
- Strong layout, typography, and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of preparing artwork for both print and digital platforms.
- Confident working from creative concepts through to finished, production-ready artwork.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Advantageous:
- Experience working within retail design, branding, or marketing environments.
- Knowledge of digital file formats, social media asset production, and content adaptation.
- Basic motion or video editing skills (e.g. for simple social assets).
- Familiarity with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides).
- Understanding of sustainability in print and materials (a plus).
