Design4Retail worked with Panzerglass to revolutionise the in-store Presentation of PanzerGlassĀ® products, transitioning from traditional hook displays to engaging, interactive showcasing experiences.

To deliver this we approached the store experience from the perspective of the customer and designed a series of innovative, interactive display modules

that highlight the durability, technology, and quality of PanzerGlassĀ® products whilst streamlining the path to purchase.

The revised concept ensures displays are adaptable to various retail spaces and can be customised to feature different products.

We explored the marketplace landscape to immerse ourselves in the consumer lifestyles and shopper pathways we would need to support. We aimed to understand the customer need and to put this in context with the brand’s aspirations for more sustainable and satisfying shopping- less confusion, less waste, and less packaging.

Through this process, we identified the core drivers that guided the creative that would position PanzerGlassĀ® as a sector leader who are innovative in their merchandising strategy and customer experience offer.

It was vital that the store had a recognisable brand DNA while providing necessary relevant local and product variations. A suite of interchangeable tools and parts was devised to allow for endless permutations of merchandising options across product ranges and store typologies.

Our technical development team supported through the entire design process to ensure our creative offer was suitable for the purpose, feasible within budget, and able to be implemented into manufacturing quickly.

The new brand merchandising strategy and concept was launched at IFA in 2024 and represented an evolution of the brand that emphasised

the connection between the consumer, product, and a more sustainable way of shopping.
