Branded Experiences

In visually rich, high-end, multi-brand retail settings, it is paramount to design and execute branded shop-in-shop areas that not only captivate the discerning luxury consumer’s gaze but also elegantly and immediately articulate the core essence, and unique personality of the brand they represent.

Standing out amongst the crowd.

In visually rich, high-end, multi-brand environments, it is essential to create branded areas that not only capture attention but clearly communicate a brand’s personality. We understand that at any scale in store, from a meticulously crafted piece of bespoke furniture to an immersive, experiential shop-in-shop retail experience, each touchpoint must be carefully developed to optimise visibility and prestige within the space.

Acting as a brand guardian and partner throughout the design process and onward to rollout, ensuring consistency, uncompromising quality, and a strong, unified presence across all appearances; we ensure your brand stands out, regardless of footprint or location.

We have a great ability to design a shop-in-shop (also known as branded spaces) that is the ultimate embodiment of your brand! We understand there is more to a brand than its logo and that it’s your unique story that will be the ultimate tool for attracting the discerning customer to your brand.

From Harrods and Selfridges to John Lewis and Flannels, we consistently deliver best-in-class shop-in-shop designs in renowned multi-brand retailers for UK and global luxury names. Whether it is a one-off shop-in-shop retail execution or a roll-out, we act as brand guardians to ensure consistency in the delivery of your brand’s concept and premium aesthetic.

This project focused on transforming Huda Beauty’s retail presence into a contemporary, high-impact Branded Experience within the prestigious Harrods Beauty Hall, Knightsbridge. The primary goal was to redefine the brand’s identity, appealing to a discerning luxury audience and setting a new global benchmark for their retail concepts. Design was engineered for maximum impact. Utilising the brand’s signature ‘Power Pink,’ custom archways and sophisticated illumination ensured an unmissable luxury identity. Premium materials elevated every touchpoint.

We designed exclusive consultation zones with bespoke furniture and integrated halo mirrors, transforming client engagement into a high-value, glamorous event. This flagship Branded Experience exceeded all expectations, setting a new benchmark for the brand’s international luxury footprint.

We partnered with the pioneering tech wellness brand, Therabody, to establish their premium Branded Experience inside the prestigious Harrods, Knightsbridge. The mandate was to deliver a seamless, high-standard execution that elevated the brand’s global retail presence.

The design features clearly defined zones: Wellness & Performance, using high-end materials and sophisticated illumination for instant brand authority. The experience prioritises personalised engagement, with clients receiving one-on-one guidance from in-store wellness specialists.

This highly immersive and informative destination successfully delivered a cohesive visual narrative. The Harrods installation enhanced Therabody’s brand authority and established a new benchmark for luxury wellness retail.

We collaborated with UGG to launch “The Golden Collection” across top-tier luxury retailers, including Selfridges and Flannels. The goal was to redefine the brand’s perception, establishing UGG as a multi-seasonal luxury footwear authority.

Our design disrupted the luxury retail environment, challenging seasonality with a warm, authentic Branded Experience. We used premium, natural textures like FSC® Certified birch plywood and ‘golden-hour’ gradient plinths to evoke the sophisticated “Cali Mindset.”

A key feature was the large-scale, illuminated roundel, inviting interactive engagement. Customers could adjust the colour temperature to mimic the aesthetic tempo of a summer day, driving awareness and interaction with the new collection.

The success of the concept secured UGG a consistent Branded Experience rollout across eight luxury department store locations spanning the UK and Europe. This elevated aesthetic successfully connected with consumers, securing the UGG feeling year-round.

We collaborated with GHD to design a decadent, attention-grabbing pop-up space for the global launch of their revolutionary Duet Style innovation. The goal was to disrupt the luxury environment and articulate the product’s multifaceted functionality.

The design embraced a maximalist aesthetic, amplifying textures of black and gold, synonymous with the brand’s luxury status. We incorporated decadent materials like water ripple metal sheets to evoke elemental themes of air and water, creating a deep, textural aesthetic.

The space was dense with high-value engagement opportunities, including self-directed testing moments, transparent cinematic screening of launch content, and dedicated hair stylist make-over zones.

Beyond the physical pop-up, we delivered a comprehensive global guideline, enabling local markets to easily execute the maximalism vision and maintain consistent, premium presentation across all site sizes and investment tiers worldwide.
