A Dynamic Storefront and Community-Centric Design – Montirex

We partnered with Montirex to craft a retail solution that not only showcased their evolving identity but also gave back to the community that has supported them from the start. The launch of their ‘Challenge Accepted’ campaign within the store set the stage for this rising brand to highlight their passion for style, while creating a unique platform for exclusivity.

The store’s entrance immediately draws attention with a bold logo and a digital window display featuring Montirex’s iconic mountain symbol. This emblem, with its ascending track, beautifully represents the intersection of sports, style, and adventure, while embodying the brand’s commitment to tackling daily challenges. Setting the tone for the space, the façade provides a striking first impression of Montirex’s identity.

To highlight their community-first ethos, we designed a tiered seating area that doubles as a multifunctional hub. This adaptable space meets consumer needs, serving as a seating area for events or as a platform for enhanced product displays when not in use. Additionally, a magnetic community board at the front of the store encourages interaction, building brand affinity and boosting social engagement.

Translating Myprotein’s Online Success into a Dynamic Retail Experience

Our mission was to bring the Myprotein brand to life in the physical retail space, enhancing its established personality and core values. Building on their online success, we designed a retail environment that perfectly captured the essence of the Myprotein brand, while offering customers an engaging and unique in-store experience.

To gain insight into the future of fitness, we identified key trends and emerging activities that we believe would drive the industry’s evolution, positioning Myprotein as a leading expert in the field.

Clear activity zones were created to guide customers through the store, ensuring they were exposed to products while managing key stimuli that defined each zone. These zones included the Myprotein Kitchen, a space for ordering healthy food and beverages, retail areas for core products, and a community space featuring the kitchen table, designed to foster brand affinity through events, product demos, expert talks, and influencer meet-and-greets. The store also featured areas for brand collaborations, relaxation zones, and opportunities for customers to leave their mark in Myprotein’s history.

Pureseoul: Crafting the Ultimate K-Beauty Destination with Flexibility and Flair

Pureseoul aimed to design a store that positioned them as the ultimate destination for all things K-Beauty, serving as a hub of expertise and celebrating a diverse range of Korean brands. The beauty retailer challenged us to create an accessible space for skincare enthusiasts and makeup junkies to fall in love with Korean cosmetics. A key focus of the retail concept was that the store design had to include a display framework which was fully customisable for changing stock levels, new emerging brands, and products that are hot on socials.

Three distinct zones were designed to create an intuitive journey for both self-guided and staff-assisted shoppers. Key areas included the Masks & Minis zone, catering to younger shoppers with affordable options, and the New Brand Launch zone, spotlighting trending TikTok favourites and best-sellers to fuel demand for hype products.

Throughout the store, educational yet inclusive messaging was delivered through a “show, don’t tell” approach. Notably, the flexible fixture design allowed pureseoul to easily adapt layouts, futureproofing the space to meet evolving brand needs.
