Teeing off in time for the Open Championship PGA European Tour, our adidas Golf branded space at Silvermere Golf centre has opened – designed, created and installed by D4R.

The tree-lined golf course at Silvermere, set amongst Surrey’s beautiful countryside, is one of the most challenging courses in the region and the store is one of the busiest retail outlets on any golf complex in Europe.

Our dynamic shop-in-shop concept was designed to create a strong destination for the brand in this best-in-class golf store, renowned for its service and range.

The famous three stripes of adidas Golf clothing have become an ever-present feature of every professional golfing tournament in the world.

Our concept emulates their strong brand position and showcases their range of golf shoes and apparel. Highlighting both the technical performance of the product, as well as style, comfort and design.

adidas uses expert research and technical development to ensure that each garment provides the wearer with top playing performance every time. To convey these benefits to the consumer we designed clear and engaging graphics, positioned at the shelf-edge, to share these stories of product innovation, performance and results.

Sharing stories of product engineering and innovation.

Inspired by the principles of the adidas stadium concept, our design is on a par with their flagship store format, using many of the same brand signatures, colours, materials and finishes. This creates a dynamic and instantly recognisable brand presence in-store that stands out as a clear destination.

Celebrating their 20-year partnership with one of golfing’s finest players of all time, large-scale graphics show Sergio García in action, alongside the adidas branded call-to-action – ‘Here we Create’.

2019 marks the 20-year anniversary of Sergio García wearing the adidas brand, since he burst on the professional golfing scene in 1999.

To mark the launch, we were thrilled to see Sergio himself drop by – and he was equally as happy to see his image featured so clearly in our concept!
