Project Co-ordinator

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to provide professional, effective and efficient support to the Project Managers, and where possible, to support the Admin team during cover periods.

  • Provide support to members of the d4r Projects team, answer incoming calls to the department’s phone line, and maintain accurate administration and filing of projects using the structured documentation and software provided, such as Microsoft Office and Sage 200 based templates
  • Manage small projects and assist PM’s on larger ones as required, relative to experience and level. Opportunity to manage some kiosk-type installations / removals / maintenance in national shopping centres – preparing picking lists and site paperwork to be sent to fitters, chasing site reports and updating tracking document i.e. XL doc
  • Working with experienced colleagues and suppliers you will be required to source ‘off the shelf’ items and shop for samples and goods, as well as request quotes and gather costs for PMs, using briefing information provided
  • Agree sales pricing margins on quotes with the Head of Projects or a Director and prepare a written quote for clients, to support the Client Services Manager
  • Become fluent in the principles of Profit/ Loss operations, raising purchase orders, managing and posting onto Quotation Sheet and Job Cost Sheets, issuing supplier p/o’s on behalf of PM’s and sign off their invoices / log costs
  • Briefing the installation and assembly team, visiting the warehouse, organising deliveries, occasionally jumping in a pool car to make deliveries to suppliers
  • Chase POD’s, collate and present in a suitable format for necessary parties, and provide support to the Admin team in preparing accurate RAMS for installations (using templates provided)
  • Through CPD, ensure that personal knowledge and skills are maintained and developed to consistently provide high standards of quality and output


  • To provide support to colleagues in the development and implementation of effective production and manufacturing
  • To ensure that the growth of d4r is achieved through successful management and delivery of projects, ensuring customer satisfaction at every level
