We are Design4Retail. We craft immersive retail experiences that transform brand stories into engaging environments. We’re seeking a Client Service Manager to join our team, ensuring projects run seamlessly, clients remain satisfied, and creative ideas come to life.
If you have 5–10 years’ experience in a design agency or on the brand/VM side, and a good understanding and interest in retail design, this is your opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team where your contributions truly matter.
The Role
You will be the main link between our clients and our teams, turning ideas into retail experiences. From store designs and pop-ups to concessions and shop-in-shops, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Based at our Lutterworth HQ, we operate with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. The role also involves regular travel across the UK, Europe, and occasionally globally, to engage with clients, suppliers, and retail sites.
What You Will Do
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for the team.
- Coordinate internal teams to execute exceptional work.
- Lead client meetings and presentations with confidence.
- Infuse energy, organisation, and focus into fast-paced projects.
What We Are Looking For
- 5–10 years’ experience in agency or brand-side client services/VM roles.
- Proven ability to manage projects from brief to delivery.
- Passion for retail, design, and brand experiences.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a positive team player.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Bonus: experience in beauty, athleisure, footwear, sport, or fashion
