While Fred Perry might not have got a knock from Mr Postie, he’s got one better. To celebrate his centenary we’ve pulled out all the stops and as a birthday treat D4R have given him a spectacular window display. Woohoo.
Now, we know what you’re probably thinking… that personally you would have preferred a box of chocolates, but this is FP we’re talking about – and Office shoe stores – and we know that they don’t like anything more than showing off their fabulous shoe designs.
So for a select range of Office retail stores we’ve come up with a window display that shouts Fred Perry, 100 years of success and great shoes. By going for the theory of less is more, the design is simple: a large laurel synonymous with the Fred Perry brand, the man himself and shots of the stylish special edition range of footwear. Bingo – the result, a retail designers dream window display.
Once you’ve grabbed the punter’s attention, in-store design continues to reflect the heritage and iconic designs with distinctive shelf cladding. Inspired by archive records dating back to the brand’s 1930s origins they also feature the laurel, Fred Perry signature and tipping details so they effectively promote the campaign at the point of purchase.
